Paolo Saracco produces Moscato d'Asti, Moscato d'Autunno from Piemonte Moscato, Langhe Chardonnay, Langhe Riesling, and Langhe Pinot Nero. And for fans of spirits, there is Moscato grappa from marc made from our grapes processed in the Giovi Distillery in Valdina, Sicily.
The focus is on bouquet, balance and pleasure: a wine is good if it makes you want to keep drinking it. This is the only way to truly get a taste of the area, by becoming aware of the history behind the wine.
